With the development of e-business and internet, online shopping brings us easylife and outlaws easy accesses to our personal information. Fishing scams in criminalactivities as a typical network, the counterfeiting of certain Web sites or e-mail, andthen hands and feet, on which the program code to trick the user to a fake websitewith the official website of the appearance or URL, fraudulent access to theusersensitive information (such as user names, passwords or credit card information,etc.) acts of fraud. Due to virtuality of internet and lagging of legislation in newlydeveloped industry, existing laws have too many problems to cope with when dealingwith internet cases.How to deal with the network cases is a difficult problem in frontof the law.Due to tech cooperation through internet, accomplices in network crimes do nothave to know, even see each other, that makes it difficult in criminals’ admission onjoint offense, definition of Network criminal jurisdiction.Networked crime methodsmake network crime an urgent focus for legislation and judiciary.Starting withadmission of joint offense, this thesis provides comparative analysis on Territorialjurisdiction, Relative jurisdiction and Web site jurisdiction and gives some propersuggestions on how to regulate network criminal jurisdiction.
