With the development of electronic commerce and the Internet, the network brings people a lot of convenience, but also there are some unscrupulous people using the internet in the illegal and criminal activities. Through a real case to elicit network fraud.First, a brief description of Taobao fraud basic facts and raises controversial issues from among the cases, these issues for the following Internet fraud was foreshadowing.
