Report On Legal Issues Of State Aid Of Victims Of Crimininal Offenses

Criminal victims’ assistance has been developing for many years whose background is the complexion of crimes and the deepening knowledge of the crime’s essence. This paper is based on the analysis of criminal victims’compensation of the other countries and the Chinese similar systems. Perspective on the financial systems of China, which would be the most important condition that matters decide the blue print of criminal victims’administrative assistance in this paper.The criminal victims’ compensation of the other countries is coming out from the social reality and aims at making up the trauma which sewed by the crimes. Along with this the criminal litigation procedure has been changed for the victims’rights, which we called "Restorative Justice", some of this changes are beneficial to the new system of criminal victim’s assistance in this paper.The recent try of some Chinese judiciary authority is helping so many victims that need it seriously. However, there are some defects in them hinder the development of themselves. Such as financial problems,the problems of sustainability, the procedural problems. All of these are the reasons that a new compensation system is necessary to be built and this paper is describing the seven parts of it.
