Food safety relates to livelihood and rejuvenating the country, canbe described as weightier than Mount Tai.However, today’s food safetyaccidents, acts that endanger food security is an increasingly complexand diverse, global problem of food safety issues has become a cliché,but permanently, and even some scholars consider the food security as the“fourth big”social question after the population, the resources and theenvironment. At present, China is in a period of high incidence of foodsafety incidents, how to effectively control and prevent such events occuris an important issue worth thinking about. Food safety issues difficultto eradicate, the reason for the administrative regulation in place isone of the key factors and inadequate laws and regulations is the cruxof this phenomenon. As the last line of defense, criminal law, thePrevention and Punishment of the most stringent food safety issues, weshould guarantee a high degree of integrity, not allowed to keep anylegislative oversight.
