It not only has reality needs of society strongly, also has the support of the long cultural heritage concept. the philosophy of Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism is the essence of our times, and it is an important philosophical foundation that building a harmonious society of socialism relies on.In the "harmony" of the environment, the legal system of our country should be to make contribution.On the respect of the criminal justice, the penalty can not meet the needs of the community fully. It may hurt the victim when it punishes perpetrators. That is a problem which can not be overcome and it also hinders the construction of a harmonious society. However, the criminal reconciliation to a certain extent makes up for this deficiency. More importantly, it can not only resolve contradictions, settle the dispute, but also promote social harmony.
