The networks developed rapidly in China recently，leading to the course of the virtualproperty. Analysis the research status of virtualproperty by the foreign scholars and elaborate the protection of virtual property of therealistic significance to our country.The second part discusses the basic theory of property. Let me talk about the conceptof property, and describe the virtual property generation, development process, and thenshow the evolution of the trajectory of the property history. Following,,we discoursevirtual property which is having a new property value. At last we discourse virtualproperty which is having a new property value.The third part point is the important part. It talks about legal analysis of the virtualproperty. First, the author describes the different views,which is about the legal propertyof virtual property. and then the authors analyzed these three points of view and refute.And specific analysis of the object from the virtual property and doing further study withthe right and power of virtual property.Clearing the legal status of virtual subject is goodto solve the virtual property dispute.which is very great to both substantive law andprocedural law.The forth part made a presentation on its existing legal system challenges. I think is atext to the main body of civil law system, property law, criminal law. The author discussedthe process of combination of the relevant cases for analysis.The fifth part: I talk about the protection of the virtual property, which includes thesubstantive and procedural issues in the legal protection of virtual property. In this section,the author has put forward its own vision, and that only the effective implementation ofcomprehensive could be achieved. and the virtual property that can be protected. At the same time, the author talk about the legal protection of virtual property in some foreigncountries and regions, Legislative and Judicial Practice and assessment, pointing out thatother countries and regions of the world there is no clear law on the protection of virtualproperty, continues to research and explore described in the status of the legal protectionof virtual property in China and their respective shortcomings, provides a theoreticalreference to improve the legal system in China.
