The first, we should accelerate to perfectrural laws and regulations related to injury insurance system for migrantworkers, modify unreasonable content, fill loopholes in the law,strengthen the operation of legal regulations; Secondly, increase the strength of law enforcement work, consolidate government function,establish high-level law enforcement team and put an end to the phenomenonof lax enforcement of the law and impunity; Once again, further simplifythe procedures for rights, reduce the cost for right protection andimprove migrant workers injury treatment system; Finally, attachimportance to injury prevention and rehabilitation work is also effectivemeasure in improving the injury insurance system for migrant workers.In addition, we should vigorously promote the legal aid work, strengthenthe legal consciousness of migrant workers, guarantee and promote theright protection by law.
