The Comparison Of The Crime Of Illegal Use Of Funds And The Crime Of The Use Of Property Against Credit

With the establishment of the socialist market economic system and the rapid development of the financial sector, the use of public funds and clients’funds in economic activities occupies a very important position. So our country has adopted a series of laws to protect them. However, criminal cases which damaged these management systems frequently occur. In order to maintain normal financial management order and the stability of people’s normal life, The Amendment to the Criminal Law of the People’s Republic of China (VI) increased provisions of two new crimes, one is the crime of illegal use of funds, and another is the crime of the use of property against the credit.
