| At present, the intellectual property rights in the economic development plays animportant role, and intellectual property related disputes also shows explosive growth,people right protection consciousness also gradually increase. Our country is still based onlitigation primarily way to settle disputes, the parties tend to choose litigation mode, makea large number of specialized in intellectual property dispute into the procedure. However,the court trial is the program trivial，long cycle, high cost of faults affect the efficiency ofintellectual property dispute resolution. Therefore, need to be in perfect procedure at thesame time, other alternative dispute resolution mechanism system design, make all kindsof plural remedy mechanism between effective cooperation and cohesion.This article mainly from the dispute of intellectual property of particularity of,pointed out to solve all kinds of problems in the mechanism, and at the same time, thispaper introduces and analyses the typical foreign national intellectual property disputesettlement mechanism, some of the typical system to perfect our country’s intellectualproperty rights of the multi-pronged dispute settlement mechanism has a certain referencesignificance. The focus of this article is part of our country intellectual property disputesettlement mechanism of the diversification of the perfect.
