Study On Innovative Social Management From The Perspective Of Yanan Spirit

Yanan spirit is the national and worldwide unity of scientificity and practice ofadvanced cultural achievements. As a soft power, it not only contributed to the miraclesin Yanan period, but also is of great significance to the widespread concern in China atpresent for social management of innovation. From the internal requirement ofinnovative social management, it is the significant practice of Yanan spirits at a higherlevel. Only by understanding the relationship between them deeply, can we explore theway to carry forward Yanan spirit in the social management innovation.First, through innovation social management and theory based analysis of Yananspirit, I analyse the content,sources and the nature of Yanan spirit. Based on thesummary and recall of the social management of successful points and enlightenmentin Yanan period,I point out the mutual relationship between innovation socialmanagement and Yanan spirit; second, from necessity, reality dilemma, and newrequirements, under the vision of innovation social management,I think aboutcarrying forward Yanan spirit and positioning it again; finally, I discuss the way to carryforward Yanan spirit with the vision of innovation social management.In short, focusing on innovative social management carries forward Yanan spiritunder the view of issues, not only broadening the theoretical vision of both, but alsopromoting the innovation of social management at the same time. It gives the Yananspirit times new mass so that it constantly updates and will shine forever.
