After the Cold War, China and India’s economy has made a great progress anddevelopment, especially after the financial crisis, they play a more and more importantrole in the international political arena. Based on the geopolitical relations, thedevelopment of Sino-India relations has made great effect on the region and the world.China and India are important neighbors to each other. Sino-Indian relation is animportant component of China’s foreign affairs, but it is not very rapid development ofbilateral relations. So, it is valuable to find an approach to develop Sino-India relations.The new century, the contacts between the two countries are more and more, andthey have much common interests in international affair. So these provide a goodfoundation for further development of the development of bilateral relations. However,there are many constraints of Sino-Indian relations. Based on the history and reality, themain factors restricting the Sino-Indian relations including the followings: the borderissue, the Tibet issue, the U.S. factor and Sino-India-Pakistan triangularrelationships.So we need to analyze the reasons of these factors, and find a better wayto develop from Sino-India relations. The main purpose of this article is to find how tobreak these constraints and how to develop bilateral relations.The basis of the Sino-Indian cooperation is very extensive, involving political,economic, cultural, military and other fields, and cooperation in various fields tocontribute to the further development of Sino-Indian relations. Although theSino-Indian relations in the presence of many factors, but by economic, political,cultural, and military cooperation to address these constraints to provide a favorablebasis.
