Taking these into consideration, the local court worked out a set of action coordination mechanism by practicing actively, making tremendous contributions to administrative dispute settlement. After working hard many years, administrative litigation coordination mechanism has been spread nationwide in2007. All local courts in our country put it into practice actively, achieving good results in coordination mechanism.Due to lack of complete theoretical guidance, however, administrative litigation coordination system appeared many shortcomings in the process of practice. For example, unreasonable scope of coordinate subject and disunity coordination scope about substance, non-standard starting procure and time limit for coordination about procure and other problems. Certainly, these problems result from both national policy and political system.In order to make administrative litigation coordination mechanism play its role in the process of harmonious society, we must do as follows:firstly, we must improve the problem of substance, setting up specialized personnel, and standardize the scope of application. Secondly, we must make up for the shortcomings of procure, standardize starting procure and explicit time limit of coordination. Last, we must improve the mechanism of coordination aid and oversight so as to guarantee bound development of coordination mechanism in an orderly way.
