| At present, the public security organs play a very important role in maintaining political and social stability and promoting social economy development are known as the most lovable people in peace time. But, in real life, people known as the most lovable person in peace time often bloods sweats and tears. Many people show their skepticism on the law enforcement of police, without understanding and support. Even more during law enforcement activities of police, it exists case of violently disrupting the public enforcement among people, and thing gets worse year by year. Those actions seriously affected the normal law enforcement activities of public security organs, and destroyed the normal law enforcement environment of police. So policemen usually found that they can not even protect their own right of law enforcement, let along protect the people’s life and property safety, which make people are suffer from losing sense of security. Refer to analysis on reason that people showed their disidentification on law enforcement of police and the case of disrupting public enforcement took place frequently, we can found that it’s mainly because of various significant contradiction in social transformation period, deviated propaganda orientation on the law enforcement activities of police, weak law concept and awareness for some people, significantly lag legislation in protecting the right of police law enforcement, fall behind military supplies and equipment for the armed police. In order to effectively reduce the occurrence of similar cases, and practically maintain and protect the right of police law enforcement, it is very necessary to correspondingly strengthen the training to improve police comprehensive quality, create good law enforcement and improve right-maintaining mechanism to make it perfect, enhance the legislation in protecting the right of the police law enforcement to provide strong guarantee for law enforcement of police. This article according to the related legislation in protecting the right of police law enforcement, discusses the statutory responsibility of police and confusion existed in real life when they performed their statutory duties. Based on analysis on current situation and present problems in practical enforcement of police, combined with practical work and by reference to foreign legislation, this paper presents suggestion on maintaining and consummating the right of police law enforcement.Apart from introduction and conclusion, this paper is divided into three chapters:In the first chapter, it discuses understanding about statutory duties of police and violently disrupting public enforcement; In the second chapter, it focus on analysis about current situation and present problems in practical law enforcement of police. In the third chapter, it presents suggestion on maintaining and consummating the right of police law enforcement. |
