The Feasibility Study On The Standarization Of Police Administrative Law-enforcement And Its Improvement

Recent years have witnessed the rapid development of China's economy and society,further acceleration of urbanization and profound change of social environment and law enforcement which raise new and higher demand for the standardization of police law enforcement.While seeing the progress of the police law enforcement,we also should pay attention to the room and possibility for improvement.On the one hand,the extensive police management pattern which is characterized by investment-consuming has greatly wasted police resources.On the other hand,there still remain a lot of circumstances of non-standard law-enforcement circumstances.All of these seem to be unsuitable ways of police law enforcement,but in fact reflect our police's maladjustment of the ways of law enforcement.If we don't attach great importance to and work quickly to the key problem of law-enforcement standardization,the police law-enforcement work will be faced with greater pressure and cost and it will be more and more passive.This thesis mainly adopts methods of data studies and comparative analysis and collects various theoretical perspectives of police law-enforcement standardization and literatures of the practice of law-enforcement standardization at home and abroad.All of these documents will be used to be theoretical foundation and factual basis of the research.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this thesis will be divided into four chapters.The first chapter is “the introduction to the police law-enforcement standardization”,which focuses on the basis of the police law enforcement and has a further understanding of the police law enforcement standardization by the comparison between law police administrative authority and police power.The second chapter is “non-standard problems during the police law enforcement and its cause analysis”,mainly talking the problems in the law enforcement and its cause analysis.The third chapter is “the Reference of the Foreign Police Law-enforcementStandardization Construction”,which gets the inspirations of the construction of China's police law-enforcement standardization.The fourth chapter is “Suggestions and Measures of Improving Police Law-enforcement Standardization”,which is discussed through aspects of legislation and internal and external supervision.The author discusses and summarizes the all thesis through conclusion.
