Eye Movement Characteristics During The Drug Identification Of The Drug Addicts On Severing Among Different Degrees

Drug-taking not only causes huge economic losses but does serious harm to the individual’s physical and mental health, breeding crime and corruption, therefore, the urgent rehabilitation work! A major problem drug treatment faces is the difficulty to get rid of psychological dependence on the drug. How the effect of mental detoxification from forced isolation centre of drug addiction treatment which is the main earrier of the psychological rehabilitation work in China? Different drug treatment stages, respectively, to take the appropriate measures to find out reasonable and effective means of psychological therapy to become the key to help drug addicts’ psychological detoxification. Therefore, this study uses means of eye movements to study different withdrawals of the drug treatment staff and objectively understands the effect of forced isolation treatment by mental detoxification.The study uses the Eyelink Ⅱ eye tracker produced in Canada, and adopts mixed design which is2(material) x3(drug treatment phase) in this eye movement experiment. We record36drug addicts who are at forced isolation in Jiangsu Province,and watch their gazing time, their gazing times,their eye movement indicators and their back-gazing times on drug and non-drug picture indicators. The results show that:(1)There is a remarkable effect of withdrawal stage on drug and non-drug picture indicators. The gazing time,eye movement indicators and the back-gazing times of the first stage trial were significantly more than those of the second and third stage trial. The first stage is to test drugs on the fixation duration was significantly longer than the second, and the third stage trial. The maximum diameter of the pupil of the first phase were watching the drug chart was significantly greater than the second and third stage trial. The second and third stages were drugs on fixation duration, gaze there are significant differences between the frequency of eye movement, while there is no significant difference between the number of saccades back the number, and the largest diameter of the pupil eye movement. No significant difference between the three stages were watching the eye movements of non-drug chart indicators.(2) watch the eye movements of the drugs on a commercial and non-drug Figure indicators, the main effect of the material significantly. Taken together, the various eye movement indicators essentially reflect was some kind of interest and motivation. Drug addicts to watch the drugs on the eye movement indicators significantly stronger than viewing non-drugs on eye movement. This shows that, relative to non-drugs on addicts are more interested in the drug chart; drawn through the three stages of eye movement analysis, to enter drug treatment by four months to one year, drug rehabilitation centers and mental effect has begunprominent effect more than a year has been very clear.According to the research results,suggestions are made for the rehabilitation:for the first withdrawal of the drug addicts, we need to enrich their spiritual life, and distract their eager attention from the drug; for the second withdrawal of the drug addicts, we need to train their survival skills,and enhance their will to kick the habit; for the third withdrawal of the drug addicts, we need to establish a correct concept of dating, and enhance immunity of drug resistance; for staff of drug treatment regression,we need to create "soft" detoxification environment to minimize relapserating.
