As a bit of privacy concepts, patients ’ right to privacy has beenwidespread public attention in recent years. In recent years, patients ’ right to privacy casesshowing a growth trend, this signals reflect the tensions hidden problems can no longer beignored.This article intended to be introduced by first defining the definition of privacy forpatient privacy, and on this basis to study the history of patient privacy, so as to expand thestudy of tort liability for patient privacy.
