The New Era Communist Party Of China Construction The Theory On Marxist Learning Party

The Fourth Session of the Seventeenth CPC Central Committee adopted "the decision on strengthening and improving Party building under the new situation a number of major issues"; clearly stated:"must be armed in accordance with the scientific theory, with a global vision, ability to grasp the law, full of innovation and fine construction Marxist learning party firmly as a major and urgent strategic task at present". This is the scientific concept of the Marxist learning party for the first time in the history of the party, party building under the new situation with a global, fundamental, strategic brand-new issue, and fully reflecting high degree of awareness and a clear grasp on the pulse of the times and the new requirements of party building under the new situation. Therefore, in the practice development of the new situation and environment, based on the new theory, we face the new subject of building a Marxist learning party.
