With economic globalization and rapid development of science and technology, the communication and interaction among different countries has changed dramatically, which has altered the patterns of the world and people’s lifestyle. Different countries, nationalities and regions frequently interact with each other in the field of politics, culture, science and technology and trade in the form of cooperation, aid, dispute, conflict and war, thus a multicultural world has been established.The research focuses on the NGO that the author works for and analyzes it from the perspective of intercultural management. NGO is still in its infancy in China, whereas an important part of the society in western countries. The organization is a typical development organization works in intercultural environment. Intercultural management is reflected in its overall project implementation and organizational management, and exerts significant influence upon sustainable development of project and the organization.Previous research on intercultural management focused on business. Few management staff conducted research on intercultural management of NGO. Management model and development strategies share universal significance in non-private sector and private sector. Hence, it is necessary to conduct research on intercultural management of NGO as an attempt to study the diversity and extensionality of management area.
