Government Administration Analysis And Study In Shaanxi Apple Industry Development

The industry development is very important for the local development. The government plays an important role druing the development. The industry will grow fast if the government takes good implements. And the industry will not only increase their people income but also ensure social harmony and stability. At the late of1980’s, Shaanxi is engaged in developing apple industry. And now Shaanxi apple is the No.1in China and takes a very important position in the world not only the production but also the processing volume with the tireless efforts of the Shaanxi CPC and people’s government during20years. Apple as a product is very significantly competitive. Apple industry is also the most dominant industry in Shaanxi. Shaanxi apple is not only the image of Shaanxi economic development, but also the pillar of the Shaanxi national economy. In this thesis, the development of Shaanxi apple industry is as the example for showing the success of government supporting the industry with combining theories about government assistance to industrial development in the discipline of public administration. This thesis is made up by the theories of public administration and actual development of Shaanxi apple industry. It shows the analysis of what the Shaanxi government did in the apple industry and the conclusion of the advanced mode of apple industry development. This thesis shows a mode for developing fruit industry through introducing the Shaanxi apple industry, the contribution of the Shaanxi government and comparing with the other apple producing countries and regions and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages in the Shaanxi apple development. The government makes a valuable choice for developing the local economy following the present practices. Therewith, the government should make a reasonable plan and a development mode. This thesis uses the example of the Shaanxi government administration in the Shaanxi apple industry for ensuring the persuasiveness of this thesis. It shows the detailed development of Shaanxi apple industry including the government’s work and advanced management from other apple produced countries and regions. It gives the mode of industry management for the government by combining the advantages and disadvantages which the Shaanxi government does in the Shaanxi apple development. Meanwhile, the problems of Shaanxi apple industry are to be solved in this thesis. This thesis uses a successful example of industry development as the breakthrough and shows a lot of facts and practice from advanced apple producing countries and regions for summarizing the successful industry development mode.
