All-round Development Under The View Of Ecological Civilization

In order to adapt to the new century and new situation, we should add theall-round development to the concept of ecological civilization to better balance therelationship between man and nature. In the process of building a harmonious society,we should give full consideration to the relationship of the people, man and society,man and nature. And find a reasonable combination of these three points.This paper consists of four parts:Part Ⅰ: The first article on the ecological civilization made the basic meaning andthe basic content. Then three of the basic connotation of ecological civilization can bedescribed, and discusses the Chinese Communists to explore the practice of ecologicalcivilization. Secondly, the article bases on the overall development of Marx’s theory,and discusses the Chinese Communists on the overall development of the theory ofdevelopment.Part Ⅱ: By the ecological civilization is an inherent requirement of building aharmonious society and all-round development is the starting point for building aharmonious society and the end result come to an ecological civilization, as theservant of the comprehensive development of the domain is a necessary requirementfor building a harmonious society.Part Ⅲ: Further analysis the relationship of ecological civilization and the overalldevelopment. The comprehensive ecological civilization is an important condition fordevelopment. All-round development is the theme of ecological civilizationconstruction conditions. And discuss the influence of ecological civilization to theall-round development. Point out that the concept of ecological civilization leadhuman needs, human capacity, and quality of people’s thinking into a new realm.Part Ⅳ: Analyze the path of achieving ecological civilization, as the servant ofall-round development. In order to guarantee human all-round development, weshould enhance the level of ecological theory, speed up changing economicdevelopment pattern and practice ecological production methods, improve thesocialist legal system, promote education changing, and promote ecological way oflife.
