The Research Of Ideological And Political Education In The Process Of Cultivating College Students’ Village Officials

On the coordination of rural and urban development background, the country putsforward new rural construction, new rural construction needs talent as support, collegestudents’ village officials conform to the new rural construction. On one hand, as collegestudents’ village officials would have important effects on their own development, on theother hand, college students’ village officials play a positive role in the process of the newrural construction, they are the main force of the new rural construction. But, we shouldknow clearly that some college students’ village officials have problems in practice, themain reason lies in college students’ ideological problems.This reason seriously restrictescollege students’ village officials to play an effective role in the rural.This paper focus on training college students’ village officials, firstly expounding thebasic content and theoretical basis of the college students’ village officials. Based on thiscontent, this paper expounds the close relationships between ideological and politicaleducation and cultivating college students’ village officials，that means they both haveconsistency and promoting each other. Secondly, this paper discusses the function andapplication of the ideological and political education in the process of cultivating collegestudents’ village officials in detail respectively from college freshman stage, collegestudents’ professional learning stage, college students pre-job training stage, collegestudents job training stage.Then this paper puts forward the existence question and thereason of the ideological and political education in the process of cultivating collegestudents’ village officials. Finally, this paper puts forward the application ideas of theideological and political education in the process of cultivating college students’ villageofficials, including highlighting the timeliness, avoiding the " two pieces of skins"phenomenon; paying attention to develop education; avoiding temporary guide; using themodern science and technology means; transfering the initiative of college students.Hoping this research could rich the theory of the ideological and political education. Atthe same time,hoping this research could cause colleges and training units payingattention to basic employment guidance work of college students’ village officials,especially paying attention to the function of the ideological and political education in the process of cultivating college students’ village officials, Hoping this research also canhelp college students understanding the employment situation and employment policy, toguiding college students to set up the correct values, employment view, entrepreneurshipview, forming a healthy employment mentality, strengthening their sense of responsibilityand sense of mission, providing reference to the college employment guidance work.
