The call for“Toward the grand goal of building a socialist culture power to stride forward”has issued.China’s rural culture is a part of the socialist culture, there is no development and prosperityof rural culture, there is no development and prosperity of socialist culture.The rural cultural construction is an essential element in the construction of newcountryside. As China’s new countryside construction in full swing, government and peoplepay more attention to the important content of new rural cultural construction.
