This section first defines the concept of the articlerefers to the food and food safety, and then describes the seriousness of China’s current foodsafety issues, the status quo of China’s food safety regulators and the existing food safety lawsand regulation system, and then the criminal regulation of food safety issues a briefdescription.The second part of the analysis of food safety issues from the perspective of criminallaw. First introduced food safety, crime, and the overall situation. First, an overview of foodsafety, crime, including the concept of crime and characteristics of food safety. Thenintroduced the Criminal of China’s current food safety regulatory system. To explore the status quo of China’s food safety criminalpunishment Regulation System for the next part of that which the lack of laying thegroundwork, which is the focus of this article. In this section, the previous text of the comparative analysisand system analysis as the basis, to put forward suggestions to improve our food safetyregulatory system of criminal punishment system.
