It is well-known to everyone that all men, good or bad, rarely kill their own children, butHan Fengqun killed her sun herself. This tragic mother attracted attention of people aroundthis country. The court sentenced Han Fengqun intentional homicide and measured animprisonment for five years in the first trial. The case has triggered a more fierce discussion.Does Han Fengqun constitute intentional homicide? Whether Han Fengqun deserves a lighterpunishment or not? If the lighter punishment is reasonable, what is the reason? This articleintends to conviction and sentencing of the Han Fengqun drowning children case analysis, inorder to be beneficial to the judicial practice.
