The Study Of The Way Of Governing The Officials And The Common People Which Were Kept In Yuelu Academy

The way of governing the officials and the common people which werekept in Yuelu Academy was for officials education materials. From a formalpoint of view,it was similar with the official Road which was from Qinbamboo slips of Shuihudi. For the literature use,it had two aspects ofbraille books and moral textbook. It was the introductory material thatmust be read by Qin officials. In this paper, the Qin bamboo slips whichwere kept in Yuelu Academy (one) was the research-based.And we combinedwith results of previous studies.The paper researched named, shape,structure, properties, content reflects the Qin Dynasty system andofficials governance ideas from the way of governing the officials andthe common people which were kept in Yuelu Academy.In the preface section，the author mainly collate and summarizecurrently published material and research for the way of governing theofficials and the common people. Related materials, as reflected in theQin Dynasty system of governance officer thought covered, but not yetin-depth. Therefore, I address this phenomenon systematically discussesthe way of governing the officials and the common people.The papercontains three chapters:The first chapter,the paper discussed the Basic of the way ofgoverning the officials and the common people,concerning the contents ofthe source, naming, shape, content and structure, as well as literaturenature.It was short time that the way of governing the officials and thecommon people was published.And it had a special copying the form.Sofinishing given some order there are still problems. For simple textcontent, the author re-scheduled for simple sequence, and is divided intofour categories. This is also the part of this chapter focuses.The second chapter,the paper discussed involved in the contents of the Qin Dynasty system.For the bamboo slips ’s fragmented, I justtargeted selected to study three aspects of the agricultural managementsystem, warehouse management system, household registration managementsystem.The third chapter,the paper discussed involved in this moral textbookdiscusses governance officer thought. Officials evaluation criteriacontained in the text list, and compared with each other for the officialsof the Road with Shuihudi. But also on the moral character required theway of governing the officials and the common people, citing three pointsdiscussed.
