Study On The Middle Class Development In Our Country

Since the reform and opening up, the economic system, political system and social system ofour seciety has greatly changed, the new social stratum are emerging and the most prominent is theformation and development of the middle class, the middle class plays more and more importantrole in China’s economic and social development.The Party and the Government has repeatedlyaffirmed for the middle class,especially on the role of the middle class in the socialistmodernization.On the16th Party Congress the middle-income was first proposed, also pointed outon the17th Party Congress,"to ensure a reasonable and orderly income distribution patternformation in the next five years, middle-income in the majority and absolute poverty basicallyeliminated."Therefore, to develop and expand the middle class, is of great significance of socialpromoting and economic stability and development, and to carry out and implement the scientificconcept of the development, is of great importance of building a socialist harmonious society.This article combines domestic and theoretical perspectives on the middle class, which definedcharacteristics and its role in China’s economic and social development, making a comprehensiveintroduction to the middle class. For the current problems of China’s middle class, development,social justice, social security and class subjectivity,the paper studies on the social history of cultural,political and economic, and the middle class itself, to solve the causes from the root.To promote thedevelopment and growth of the middle class,and play an important role in the economicdevelopment and social stability of the middle class, the corresponding countermeasures from thestate, society and the middle class,including innovative social and political environment,improvement of the market economic system, the social security system, the development of highereducation, and strengthen self-construction of the middle class. At the same time, to develop andexpand of the middle class, which plays an important role of building the "olive" social,it not onlyagrees with18th Party Congress requirements and also is in line with economic and socialdevelopment.
