Disclosure Of Government Information In China Way Research

The Regulation of the People’s Republic of China on the Disclosure of Government Information, came into force on May1st,2008. In the past four years, due to the lack of system guarantee, the government information publicity remained powerless. Incidents emerged in endless stream, as the government did not disclose the information timely and accurately. The deficiency of government information publicity in quality, quantity and accesses has become a bottleneck in government public administration, which needs to be researched and resolved.This thesis finds the problems based on the present accesses of government information publicity, and analyzes the characteristics of government information publicity and effect of the publicity, and then it discusses the crux hindering a favorable interaction between the public and the government information publicity. Secondly, the thesis points out the feasible accesses which improve the government information publicity, and means and measures which reinforce the government information publicity. The thesis intends to find a diversified and effective way of government information publicity, which can meet the demands of public right to know and construct rational communication between the government and the public, in the time of initial information publicity in China.
