Civil Law Protection Of Personal Information

In the information society of personal information is a large number of applying, its for people’s life has brought convenience, but also has certain risk, threaten the security of personal information. In the real life, personal information without I agree to be illegal use and manipulation, lead to personal information was leaked, the case of infringement of personal information is often happened. Because of history, culture and customs of different, our country and no personal information protection as a focus of concern, and no constructing more perfect personal information legal protection system. Based on this, this paper will focus on analysis summarized personal information law, mainly civil law area as the research object, this paper discusses the civil law protection of personal information, the existing problems and deficiency, and puts forward countermeasures.This paper is divided into four parts altogether:the first part is the summary of information law, the paper analyzes the definition and characteristics of personal information etc. The second part is the infringement of personal information, the present situation and the cause of formation, and mainly analyzes the infringement of personal information, the present situation and reasons. The third part is the personal information protection of civil law defects, mainly has analyzed our country for personal information protection legislation present situation and its deficiencies. The fourth part is the personal information protection system of civil law idea, mainly from some specific aspects put forward to our personal information by civil law protection measures should be taken and attention problems.
