Research Of The Risk Implication On The Marx’s Technological Thought

At present, domestic and foreign scholars have made some achievements on thetechnological risks and the Marx’s technological thought. Researching both technologicalrisks and the technological thought of Marx, that is to say, interpreting Marx’s technologicalthought from risk theory doesn’t exist. The technological thought of Marx is an integral partof Marxist theory and the philosophy of technology. The risk implication which it containsnot only expands the threshold of technological risk research, but also enriches the study ofMarxist thought, which reflects systematic, integrity and times of the Marx theory. It is morerealistic that the research of risk implication of the risk thought of Marx would provide someinspiration for contemporary society to seek ways to circumvent technical risk. This is thepaper’s theoretical and practical starting point to select " Research of the risk implication onthe Marx’s Technological thought" as the subject.The paper consists of six chapters, which can be divided into four major sections.Introduction (Chapter1), the paper theoretical basis (Chapter2), the thesis main contentsection (Chapter3,4,5,6) and concluding part. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, the paper discusses technological risks and the technological thought of Marxand the need to Research of the risk Meaning on the Marx’s Technological thought.Secondly, it discusses the technological basis for the study of implication of the riskthought of Marx. The paper mainly analyses academic results of awareness of the concept ofrisk and technology risk, clarifies the meaning of " Technological risk" under the Marx vision.Based on existing domestic research on Marx’s thought, this paper re-combines technologicalthought of Marx and discusses the element, the machine which is the important foundation oftechnological thought of Marx in detail.Again, the paper researches technological ideas of Marx risk implication by sub-themes,that is to say, explores labor technology, machine technology and industrial technology ofMarx in the three parts of the risk implication.In Chapter3describes from human nature andthe authentic manifestations of Marx, analyses workers’ losing mental space in working bymachine, and ultimately losing of self-implication of risk. In Chapter4the paper starts todescribe the course of development of machine technology of Marx, analyses machinetechnology coming from the natural world, but production of the machine being in thepossession of the natural world and damaging the natural world. The paper dissects risk ofsplitting between human and natural from machine technology. In Chapter5the paper, startingto dissect scalability of industry technology, discusses the risk of splitting between human andsociety from industry technology. In Chapter6this paper discusses the thought of Marx aboutways to circumvent technical risk.Finally, based on combing the content of thesis, the paper discusses four revelations on technological risk implication thought of Marx: First, fully aware that technology is a paradox,with a dialectical view in the attributes of the technology and development trends. The secondis a clear understanding of essential factors of the risk from technological alienation.
