How to adjust it has become a significant issue in networkbusiness areas.In this article, in order to build a more comprehensive system, research it by methodof Concept Analysis, Comparative Study and Documentary Research. This paper focuseson the theoretical foundation of Business Behavior in Network Transactions. Give anoverview of it, put forward a specific concept, and analyze the elements, types, rights andobligations of it. Basis on the theory, explore and analyze the inadequacies of system ofBusiness Behavior in Network Transactions. After learning the advanced legislativeexperience on foreign, put forward the proposal to perfect the system of register, contractand responsibility, optimize the credit evaluation system, and improve the auxiliary systemof Business Behavior in Network Transaction.
