With the development of internet economy,the development of fictitious economy and internet-based trading cannot be denied. Online consuming has its characteristic which is differentiated from traditional consumption. It has also attracts the majority of online shopping consumers and promote the internet economy development. However internet has weak openness stability, organizing and it difficult to operate, online shopping consumers do not have enough professional technical skill to protect the right to know. Therefore, the protection of network consumers' right to know has become an important topic worthy of study.The main content of this thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is the basic theoretical problems of network consumers' right to know, which include two basic concepts of consumer and the right to know. The second part introduces foreign research experience and the enlightenment to our country. It analyzes the foundation of learning measure of foreign and international organizations consumers'right to know in online shopping, and provided reference for the research of network consumers' right to know protect in China. The third part analyses the representations of network consumers' right to know violated in China and the reasons of violates consumers' right to know in online shopping. The fourth part approaches the protection system and concrete steps of network consumers' right to know in China. It includes consummate the related legislation of network consumers' right to know in China; strengthen the government's supervision on information-open of online shopping; enlarge the way of judicial relief; improve consumers' discernment of falsehoods in online shopping four parts. This thesis final provided innovative proposals on the combination of big data and online shopping to promote network consumers' right to know protect in China.
