The Legal Consideration Of Removing The Ban On Inter-enterprise Credit

At present, the loan conduct between corporations is illegal, because it is not only bad for enterprise developmentits,but also bad for social resource allocation,it doesn’t accord with our country economic development.This paper first analysis of the realistic situation of the loan conduct between corporations,and analysis some policy and regulation about loan conduct between corporations,then analysis the rationality of the the loan conduct between corporations in law and economic development.This paper confirm the effect of contract in the loan conduct between corporations,because it is accord with contract law principle and necessary for the country economic development. Also introduce the international relevant about loan conduct between corporations,through this way we can learn advanced experience,then design reasonable system of loan conduct between corporations.At last,give some suggestions that how to perfect the existing system,make the loan conduct between corporations in order.
