However, there are some differences betweenenvironmental tort and the traditional tort, so the traditional tort damagecompensation system could not make good effect in environment infringement case.One of the most obvious defect is that the victim can’t get timely and effective reliefand become difficult. This kind of situation exacerbated social contradictions. Therefore, at present all we can do is trying to improve the level of science andtechnology, reducing pollution emissions.
