The Research Of Foreign Investment Law Of Mongolia

With the strengthening of the international economic integration, Mongolia hascoming into the world’s eyes for its rich resources. Therefore, the deep discussion ofthe Mongolia foreign law has a vital role in the development of Mongolia’sparticipation in economic globalization. The papers tries to start from the Mongolia’seconomic development in recent decades, comprehensive considering of domesticpolicy and foreign investment environment, discussing on the using of foreign capital,in order to providing favorable references to Mongolia’s international investments.The first part analyses the history, status, and development tendency of the wayin which Mongolia takes use of foreign capital through full data collection andintegration.
