Because ElectronicCommerce in our country started relatively late, and the online third-party payment platform is anew thing, it inevitably has many problems. At present, Because of the improvement of laws andregulations related to the online third-party payment and supervision loopholes, all these leading toits unhealthy development. This parttakes Alipay as an example, mainly introduces legal problems it faces.consequently, it is necessaryand urgent to supervise the online third-party payment.The third part is a comparative study of the online third-party payment on networksupervision system. This part introduces the American supervision system from its legislation,system, and institutions. And it also compares the state of supervision system in China with that inAmerica to reveal the short comings of ours.The fourth part is the measures to improve the supervision system of online third-partypayment in our country. This part therefore puts forward suggestions and measures from threepoints: choice of supervision concept, choice of supervision subjects, and choice of supervisionsystems.
