The fourth part is the existing problems and difficulties on regulations of conflicts of domain name. It will provide the breakthrough to solve the problems. This part is divided two parts:the conflict of domain name and trade mark; the conflict of domain name and domain name. The former is about the restriction of trade mark and the latter is about the production of the right of domain name. The last part is the suggestion for legal regulation on conflicts of domain name, including the aspect of legislation, the aspect of administration and the aspect of dispute settlement.
