Property rights is an important fundamental rights in the constitution protected the basic rights of citizens, is most closely related with the production and living of the public right. Civil law consciousness is increasing in today’s society, the private property rights of citizens is the most important of people’more attention. This article will first analysis the different on the concept and use of property, property rights and private property rights, on this basis, the concept of property, property rights in the constitutional sense will propose, and explains the value and significance of property, property rights constitution protection.
