Chinese society is constructed by various stratum.But I believe that social stratification is the norm of every society which is inevitable, it has a dramatic effect on a country’s political situation, even in the other hand to promote political progress and development. The key is how to correctly understand and present the phenomenon of stratification. Differentiation of social stratum on the other hand that plays a great role in promoting construction of constitutional order.This article first to introduce Shen mu of Shan xi Province "Fang Jie" events to reflect on "Fang Jie" phenomenon of why and a description of problem, reveal the central concept of social stratum, compare with related concepts, more exactly defining the core issues in this article.
