According To Law, The Constitutional Value Logic

First of all,I answer what the constitutional government is through using typology,after clearing it and telling how to reply it.Secondly,I comb the production of political party,the type of it,the significance of constitutional government and through comparing them I conclude that the multiplicity of political civilization is an important characteristic in human world.Legal government is the best way for Chinese Communist Party based on Chinese tradition and history.Thirdly,I explain the constitutional value of legal government from four aspects,including the constitutional significance of legal government,the necessity of it,the essential legitimacy and the realization of intrinsic value of it,the formal justice of it and its realization,etc.Finally,I think we should demand our party to establish the idea of the formal value of constitutional government by the way of the comparative analysis and change from the policy leadership to the law leadership.We should advance our party's procedure construction in legal government and realize its authority.Meanwhile,our party should enter government by the legal election procedure and then realize the division between the party and the government.
