The New Rural Culture Construction Research In China

Party’s16session of fifth plenary session proposed the construction socialism new countryside significant proposition, in order to build a new socialist countryside is a major task faced by the China in the process of modernization. In the process of new rural construction, the new rural cultural construction is an important part of its has a strong impetus to the construction of new countryside, it also related to rural economic and social development, improving peasant quality, and the harmonious society construction, the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way. Since China’s reform and opening up, Chinese rural economy has made great achievement, than in the past farmers rich, and life is better and better, but spiritual and cultural life and material life development not harmonious, the farmers’ spiritual and cultural life needs improving, rural mental outlook also need further improvement, it puts forward the problems and challenges for us. Problems means the necessity of the research, the research is to find out and solve problems, in order to impel the progress of rural society and the improvement of farmers’ happiness index. This thesis consists of four chapters: the first chapter involves defines the concept of new rural culture construction; The second chapter relates to the new rural cultural construction of the strategic status and significance; The third chapter involves new rural culture construction present situation analysis, mainly includes the achievements, existing problems and the cause of the problem analysis; The fourth chapter involves the path choice of new countryside culture construction countermeasures.
