On Scientiifc Party Construction Of Social Organizations

This article, using the basic principle of Marxist for relations of productiondepending on mode of production, reveals that the essence of modern socialorganizations is the capitalist production relations determined by mode ofproduction with the futher social division of labor. On this basis, I try toescaping from the research paradigm of abstracting study for Party Constructionof Social Organizations(PCSO) and discuss three problems--What is PCSO?Why we need to carry out PCSO and how to do?First, PCSO which includes two dimensions of theory and practice，actually, belongs to the general category of dealing with the relation betweenParty and social orgnizations for the Party and is the conformity rullingresources for CCP. Although the term, dangjian(“Party Construction”) is usedto espress the mean of it, PCSO does not mean just the work of PCSO, that is tosay, seting up a party organization and carry out a series of activities in socialorganizations and so on is not the major implications. What’s more, general scientific PCSO, which focuses on some particular works, is different fromnarrow sense of scientific PCSO which emphasizes regular.Second, PCSO is the inevitable outcome of CCP’s logic. Long-servingruling and social harmony cannot be got until CCP adopt scientific PCSO. Atpresent, there are some problems in PCSO. Such as rich practice but lessregularity, expanding the Party member but lack of enthusiasm and impulse,many modes of the Party Construction but many traditional pattern beingchallenged, the party organization function deviate from the proletariat politicalparty in some degree and so on. What has caused these great problems? Threeessences--social organizations, Party Construction and PCSO not beeninggrasped lead all the theoretical problems and practice difficult.Third, in light of these analysis, I offer the following suggestions to helpCCP acieve the goal of scientific PCSO. The oriention of Party Constructionshould be changed from form to proterty. The logic of Party Constructionshould be changed from the bureaucratic trends to social flat. The mode of PartyConstruction should be changed from tradition to modern. The system of PartyConstruction should be changed from theory to theory and practice’s close tieand from top design to gambling for relative classless. In a word, all the activities should serve the proletart to help them unite. Only when all theelements are met at the same time, the goal of scientific PCSO can be got.
