The Research Of Fundamental Legal System Of Trust Property

Trust is a favorable financial system and financing mode with strongfunction and vigor in modern economic society. Trust property is the core ofthis system, so it deserves more attention and research. This article beginswith the origin of trust system, thus leading to the core element---trustproperty and its related law system. At the same time, the escheatage, taxes,independent principle, registration system of trust property are to be discussed.In order to have an accurate mastery of basic elements involved in trustsystem, this article uses logic thinking, empirical analysis, comparisonresearch, historical analysis. This article develops the previous studies of trustsystem, and points out some shortcomings of China’s Trust law and putsforward some relevant suggestions.
