Ideology construction is a very important theoretical and practical problem，which related to the destiny of a political party and the security and stability of acountry. Our country has always attached great importance to the ideologicalconstruction. It has made great achievements but it still exist many shortcomings.Under the new situation, the development of network culture has brought many newopportunities and new challenges which needed further construction. We must dealwith the network culture impact, and actively seek implementation path to strengthensocialist ideology construction. Therefore, this article carried out in-depth research onthe topic of “The Research of Countermeasures to Deal with the Influence of NetworkCulture on the Construction of Socialist Ideology”.Relying on the network technology, communication technology and networkresources, network culture is a new cultural form including special content anddiverse forms, which is the combination of material wealth and spiritual wealthcreated by people on the network space. Socialist ideology is the concept ofsuperstructure which is based on historical materialism as the foundation of worldview, socialist core value system as the core, with the advocated content of thesocialist core values as the pursuit goal, which has the function of value orientation,education function, cultural function and social integration function. The main contentof the ideological construction included the party’s ideological construction, culturalsoft power construction, ideological and moral construction, and the politicalcivilization construction four aspects.Currently, our country has made significant achievement on socialism ideologyconstruction. Firstly, it deals with the complex changes of the situation at home andabroad successfully. Secondly, it formed the theoretical system of socialism withChinese characteristics. Thirdly, the socialist spiritual civilization construction is infull swing. Fourth, the socialist ideology construction enters into the orbit of rule oflaw step by step. However, the Socialist ideology construction also has manydeficiencies, which is the capacity to deal with the situation in the western ideology penetration is not high enough, the ability to control and guide new media is not high,the influence of socialist ideology has dropped and socialist political democratizationis not perfect enough. At the same time, the development of network culture hasbrought new opportunities and challenges to the construction of socialist ideology. Onone hand, network culture expanded spread coverage, enriched dissemination means,inspired theory innovation of socialist ideology. On the other hand, network culturemade socialist ideology’s defensive ability and dominant position and the authorityweaken.In view of the challenges that the network culture brings to the construction ofsocialist ideology and the problems of the construction of socialist ideology exists,this paper argues that to strengthen the construction of socialist ideology should beginfrom the three aspects. Firstly, it should grasp the network public opinion direction ofculture to deal with emergency. Secondly, it is to use advanced network cultureeagerly anticipates the social ideological trend. Thirdly, it is to enhance the dialogueability of socialist ideology.
