Lawyer regulation pattern has been renewed since 1978 and since then it could be divided into two phrases:‘people’s lawyer pattern’period and‘Liang Jie He’lawyer regulation pattern period.The academic circles believe that‘people’s lawyer pattern’period had a feature of nationalism without doubt. But what’s Corporatism feature of‘Liang Jie He’lawyer regulation pattern period? There is no completed academic report about it. Given this situation, the thesis would like to set the conflict intermediation mechanism as a case study and try to figure out Corporatism type of‘Liang Jie He’lawyer regulation pattern period and also predict its future direction.This thesis would compare differences of‘people’s lawyer pattern’period and‘Liang Jie He’lawyer regulation pattern period at first. After that, we would find fact that lawyer’s association’s role become faded under‘Liang Jie He’lawyer regulation pattern through a analysis of roles of administrative agency, lawyer’s association, law firm, lawyer in conflict intermediation mechanism. In one word, this chapter answered question’what’s the fact?’In next chapter, it comes the function analysis of administrative agency and lawyer’s association and also theory framework of‘Liang Jie He’lawyer regulation pattern period. We could find that lawyer’s association’s role should be located in the key position of‘Jie He’lawyer regulation pattern. This chapter answered question’what should be?’The thesis is close to the conclusion after analyzing gaps between the two questions. And there would be a theoretical classification about the Corporatism type of‘Liang Jie He’pattern in the end and a prediction about its future direction finally.
