This article uses the method of three-dimensional high-speed photography to analyze the technique of former hook diagonal line ball of the first grade badminton athletes and second grade athletes, and from the analysis to obtain the relevant kinematics parameter, and combining with sports biomechanics and physiological anatomy knowledge to analyze the indicators of each joint and to find out each link motion characteristics of two groups of athletes. And then comparing with the related parameters of each link and the difference, it will help the coaches and athletes to know the essence and the key of technical movement, and find what the problems are. Through adjusting scientific training methods and auxiliary training, it will help second grade athletes reduce the gap with first grade athletes, also make actions of outstanding athletes more accurate. Conclusion: 1.In the racket stage, the difference of athlete’s hip angular velocity of two groups is significant; the wrist angle parameters exists significant difference; Knee, ankle, shoulder, elbow differences are significant. The first grade athletes are faster than average athletes in speed of lower limb, and the outreach large extent of wrist when upper limbs are in racket stage, and the motion is in concealment. 2. In the hitting stage, each-link angular velocities of two groups of athletes have remarkable difference. The speed of elbow is significantly different. The elbow braking of first grade athletes is obvious, and the speed of upper limbs is increasing and batting action is suitable to the action principle. Each step stride of first grade athletes is 1.2 meters, and second grade athletes’is 1 meters, so it could affect the hitting quality. 3. In the swing phase stage, shoulder, elbow and wrist continue to do whipped movement. Each link angular velocity of two groups of athletes is significantly different. 4. The hitting speed of first frade athletes is 20 meters in each second, and the second grade athletes’is 35 meters each second. The hitting speed is so fast that would affect the quality of hitting. 5. The gravity of first grade athletes is near the center of two legs, and near the right ankle 0.23 meters. The gravity of second grade athletes is close to the right ankle 0.08 meters, and gravity position is too forward to lead to unsteady gravity. The reversing ability is poor, so it is required to pay attention to the training of gravity.
