In the badminton competition, killing the ball is one of the important scoring methods. There are many types of killing balls, such as forehand killing, killing, killing and other technical actions. The technical action I want to study and analyze is the original killing action. For ordinary college badminton selective athletes, through the sports biomechanical analysis of the in-situ killing action,it can effectively avoid the occurrence of athletes' injuries, and enable the selected athletes to make up for their own technical inadequacies and make them In the future training, learn from each other's strengths.Furthermore,it provides a reference for the badminton training theory. This research mainly uses literature research method, interview method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method to select three athletes from the Mudanjiang Teachers College badminton special selection for the in-situ killing experiment. Each person takes three shots and takes the most Standard analysis is performed once. Finally,it is concluded that the integrity of the in-situ killing technique is better in the athlete training process, but it needs to be improved in the speed of the shot, the speed of the turn and the special strength. In the badminton sport, the training of the special strength and core strength is on the badminton.Athletes are vital, and they can make the killing ball more threatening through these strength training, creating a favorable offensive opportunity for the players. Therefore,it is suggested that in the training process,it is necessary to pay attention to the training of large muscle groups as well as the training of small muscle groups,so that the technology can be more accurate and refined. The final wave is essential to prevent damage to human joints caused by sudden force stops.
