Research significance:With the development of the society, science and technology progress, the life of people have extended and the problem of aging population increase gradually in our country, As the growth of the age, the cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength and flexibility of health fitness going down on old people. And older women is a special group, we should pay attention to their health. Coronary heart disease,atherosclerosis,hypertension diseases and Geriatric diseases is closely related with dyslipidemia, so how to reduce the blood fat blood lipids and keep healthy is a concern on older and science researchers. Softball is an new physical activities evolved from the Shadowboxing, many of his characteristics very popular such as entertaining、ornamental and body building. Long-term participation in taiji softball sport can enhance the cardiopulmonary function, defer senility and prevent cardiovascular disease caused by hyperlipidemia. This paper with middle-aged women who take part in taiji softball sport as the research object. comparative analysis the index of study object in Health-Related Physical Fitness and blood. Further proves the fitness mechanism of taiji softball, so can provide basis for promote taiji softball.Research method:For 12 weeks of taiji softball exercise on 19 aged 50 to 60 years Middle and Old Aged Women,3 times a week for two hours. At the beginning and end of the experiment, collect Health-Related Physical Fitness data of study object such as BMI、WHR、Body Fat Rate、resting heart rate、blood pressure、vital capacity、step test、handgrip strength、lying leg raises、edgten side step test、T-running、sit-and-reach、stork stand with closed eyes、flexibility, and the blood target of TC、TG、LDLC、HDLC、PWV、ABI. And use excel2003 record data, analyze data with SPSS 17.0.Research results:1、The BMI、WHR and body fat rate has dropped significantly (P<0.05)2、Resting heart rate、blood pressure have no significant changes, vital capacity and step test index significantly increased (P<0.05).3、sit-and-reach and flexibility have no significant differences; handgrip strength、lying leg raises、edgten side step test、T-running、stork stand with closed eyes have significant differences (P<0.05)4、TC、TG、LDLC have significantly decreased (P<0.05), HDLC have significantly increased (P<0.01), PWV、ABI have no significant differences.5、White blood cells and red blood cells have no significant differences, hemoglobin have Significantly Increased (P<0.01)Conelusions:1、Taiji softball exercise can reduce weight、BMI and body fat rate of middle and old aged women, so Long-term participation in Taiji softball can effective control weight and prevent the happening of the obesity.2、Taiji softball exercise have no significant impact to resting heart rate and blood pressure, but have significant improvements to cardiopulmonary function of middle and old aged women.3、Taiji softball exercise have no significant impact to flexibility, but have certain promoter action to strength, agility, balance and the flexibility of the nervous system, so the Taiji softball exercise can improve the body’s physical fitness.4、Taiji softball exercise can reduce levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, increase levels of High-density lipoprotein, decrease blood lipids, so have certain significance to increase elasticity of arteries and prevent of cardiovascular diseases.5、Taiji softball exercise does not have a significant effect on white blood cells and red blood cells, but can improve the content of human hemoglobin, so can enhance the transport capacity of carrying oxygen and aerobic sporting abilities.
