The reform of chemical new course aims to develop student scientific literacy,which called for reforming the traditional knowledge-based teaching and developingchemical basic concepts for the chemistry teaching.The subject of this thesis is the practice research for constructing micro-conceptsabout Matter in middle school students. The chemical textbooks of Shandong PublishingHouse were chosen as research object on the basis of literatures of the micro-conceptsabout Matter. The study was carried out about the teaching content of micro-conceptsabout Matter including teaching design, analyzing textbook and teaching practice. Theteaching result was very well in practice. Thesis include seven parts, the maincontents are as follows:1. The theoretical research results of the concept-based teaching in domesticscholars and the cultivation of micro-concepts about matter were summarized. Theresearch on the cultivation of micro-concepts about matter in junior middle schoolstudents currently was analyzed.2. It could be understand how to propose the molecular and atomic theorythrough knowing the development process of micro-concepts about matter andstudying the development of particulate theory from the point of chemical history.When the intelligence formed in the process of using theory was infiltrated intoteaching process, the students could experience the recurrence of establishedmicro-concepts about Matter.3. The characteristics of chemistry textbooks of Shandong Publishing House and thecontents for micro-concepts about matter were analyzed systematically.4. The theory was suggested on how to cultivate micro-concepts about matter byanalyzing the formation process of material particles and combining the chemistryteaching in middle school and the current development level of learners about particletheory.5.In practical research, instruction of ion reaction is the content and two classesare selected as our research object.The innovation in this paper was as follows: Firstly, it could be make the students to understand the micro-concepts aboutMatter from the point of chemical history and experience the recurrence of establishedtheory and recognize the human creation of Atomic theory proposed by introducingthe development of theory of micro-concepts about Matter, which was the foundationfor the development of micro-concepts about Matter in students. Secondly, it wasstudied on how to develop the view of particles effectively by analyzing thecharacteristics and contents related to micro-concepts about matter in chemistrytextbooks of Shandong Publishing House. The feasibility of research results was checkedthrough teaching test.
