Chemistry is a subject that research constitutes, structure, property and changing regulation of material on the molecular and atom levels. Based on "concept-oriented" instruction, looking for a method that commands the teaching and learning of chemistry from the characteristic of chemistry has being received the extensive concern.In this research, the chemistry teaching of secondary school students'micro-concepts about matter raise as the subject, the universal question which in the union chemical education practice exists; it mainly elaborated five parts of contents:First, through literature review and theoretical research, this study was determine the meaning of the micro-concepts about matter, characteristics, composition and formation process of the content, combined with secondary school chemistry teaching the specific content of the particulate material concept combing the contents of training vector.Second, we use questionnaire to investigate students'micro-concepts about matter. The investigation objects come from different regions, schools and grades in total 1210. Survey shows that: (1) the overall level of students is low; (2) physical changes is more profound understanding; (3) the impact of micro-awareness is not the same; (4) secondary school students view the material particles growth rate is less than the rate of growth of chemical knowledge.Thirdly, through survey data and analysis, combined with the practice of secondary school chemistry teaching, we give some teaching strategies that can be widely used in the secondary school chemistry teaching.Fourth, in practical research, instruction of "ion reaction" is the content and we select two classes as our research object.We try to instruct from different angles in the experimental classes and make effort to embody the culture of students'micro-concepts about matter.At the conclusion of each section of the new teaching medium, we adopted the questionnaire, tests, or oral reportsto contrast differences between experimental class and control class. After a cell instruction, we found that the experimental class'thinking of micro-class level was improvd, which demonstrates our strategy is effective.In cell test, experimental class is also better than the control classes.In the end, we preview prospect for future research along with analyzing the problems existing in the thesis. The main innovation of this study is: (1) it has carried on the big sample investigation to middle-school student's microscopic level of understanding, and provided the basis for the following research.(2) The union middle school chemistry's course content, in the more thorough analysis middle school chemistry teaching the micro-concepts about matter, and proposed the effective teaching strategies.In the secondary school chemistry teaching the material particle view raise's teaching experiment has the reference value extremely to the middle school chemistry teaching practice.
