In recent years, teaching decision-making has become the emerging field of teacher research, research that teaching decision-making can improve teaching quality, promotes the professional development of teachers Of teacher research and teaching research has important theoretical and practical significance.This study reviews the development process of teaching decision-making research at home and abroad, defines the concept of decision-making. Uses a video camera recorded the whole work and life of a junior high school language teachers (Miss wang) in a teaching cycle, uses the Phenomenology of Education, educational ethnography and other methods to seek the traces of teaching decision-making, records teaching decision-making process, analysises different influences of different decision-making factors.The study founds that teachers" awareness of teaching decision-making is still relatively weak, and there are many factors influencing decision-making, such as teaching resources, teaching content, the students,their own traits.Contrast to domestic research,innovation of this study is: discriminates the concept of teaching decision-making, deliveres a keynote:the same teaching decision-making point has different nature; explore the relationship between the different stages of decision-making; integrates phenomenology of education, educational ethnography and many other qualitative methods, uses comprehensive qualitative research; shows the analysis process of phenomenology of Education in the Appendix; uploads research data video to networking sites, allows resources to be shared.
